RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the full recruitment process, starting from the creation of job vacancies, managing applications, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interviews to job offers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS (PeopleForce);
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status;
- Collaborate closely with the hiring & sales teams at EchoGlobal, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience;
- Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- You are a tech-savvy person. It is not about being able to write Java code, for example, but more about your passion for gadgets, technologies, software;
- At least 2 years of any working experience (may be not related to our industry) as we are not considering candidates who are looking for their 1st job;
- Previous successful experience of remote work;
- Completion of IT Recruiting Courses.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Upper-Intermediate. You will be chatting with international candidates almost every day.
