We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to become a part of our Recruitment team, someone who is keen on developing a career in IT recruiting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the full recruitment process, starting from the creation of job vacancies, managing applications, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interviews to job offers;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS (PeopleForce);
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status;
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring & sales teams at EchoGlobal, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience;
  • Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • You are a tech-savvy person. It is not about being able to write Java code, for example, but more about your passion for gadgets, technologies, software;
  • At least 2 years of any working experience (may be not related to our industry) as we are not considering candidates who are looking for their 1st job;
  • Previous successful experience of remote work;
  • Completion of IT Recruiting Courses.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

ENGLISH LEVEL

Upper-Intermediate. You will be chatting with international candidates almost every day.

INTERVIEWING STAGES

  1. Test Task.
  2. Interview with the Lead Recruiter.
  3. Interview with the CEO and HR Manager.
