DESCRIPTION:
Hello, my name is Lyubomyr Reverchuk. I am the founder and CEO of Echo, and I’d like to say right away that effective digital marketing in B2B, especially in the IT Outsourcing / Recruitment niche, is not easy. And if the company is relatively small, where the only marketer is the CEO himself, it’s even harder. Nevertheless, over the years of the company’s existence, I have managed to conduct dozens of successful and not so successful experiments in positioning the company and attracting potential customers (leads).
Now I’m looking for a reliable assistant who is thirsty for knowledge and experiments. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain applied experience in completely different areas of marketing, as well as to do some non-standard things that 90% of other companies in the market do not do.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate a pipeline of potential customers (leads) using various marketing techniques;
- Execute the CEO’s current ideas and suggest new ones to the backlog;
- Experiment with marketing channels, campaigns, and tools;
- Analyze competitors, data, and traffic statistics;
- Take responsibility for the company website and its content;
- Write and maintain the relevant internal documentation;
- Participate in online meetings and provide reports every week.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or similar field;
- Understanding of various areas such as SEO, PPC, PR, and email marketing;
- Interest in technology, gadgets, software development, HR, and IT recruiting;
- Solid experience with prompt engineering for AI.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Any relevant certificates, for example, Hubspot;
- Achievements in promoting your own projects or websites.
ENGLISH LEVEL:
Strong writing skills (B2-C1) and the ability to make magic with words.
