Construction software has to work where the work happens, which is often a site with no reliable connectivity, on a device being used in gloves, by someone who will not tolerate a slow form.

Behind that sit model formats and interoperability problems that take real time to learn.   2. Search. We headhunt engineers inside BIM vendors, contractors and construction software firms. This is a small, well-connected market and adverts do not reach it.
  3. Screen and shortlist. We screen on the layer you are hiring into: model and format interoperability, offline-first mobile behaviour, document and revision control, or systems integration.
  4. Offer and aftercare. We manage offer and notice, then stay involved through onboarding, which in this sector often includes a domain learning curve.
