RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the full recruitment process, starting from the creation of job vacancies, managing applications, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interviews to job offers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS (PeopleForce);
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status;
- Collaborate closely with the hiring & sales team ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience;
- Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- You are a tech-savvy person. It is not about being able to write a code, but more about your passion for gadgets, technologies, and software;
- At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience;
- Successful experience of remote work;
- Positive references from previous employers.
