We are seeking an experienced recruiter capable of filling various IT roles (mostly the senior level) in a timely manner. As a relatively small agency, it is extremely important to us that you share the same values 👇as the other managers at EchoGlobal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the full recruitment process, starting from the creation of job vacancies, managing applications, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interviews to job offers;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS (PeopleForce);
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status;
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring & sales team ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience;
  • Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • You are a tech-savvy person. It is not about being able to write a code, but more about your passion for gadgets, technologies, and software;
  • At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience;
  • Successful experience of remote work;
  • Positive references from previous employers.

ENGLISH LEVEL

Upper-Intermediate. You will be chatting with international candidates almost every day.

WORK SCHEDULE AND TIMEZONE:

Flexible 8hr/day Mon — Fri EEST Time Zone.
