Description

We’re looking for a salesperson who is willing to do non-boring (↓) lead generation. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced and less experienced candidates eager to explore something new.

At Echo, our primary service is IT staff augmentation which is basically a type of recruitment for tech-oriented firms around the globe. However, this market is very tough, so successfully landing even a couple of clients per year can be considered a great achievement.

We believe that even a very simple and commoditized service (eg. hiring developers) can be presented from a unique perspective. So, buckle up and enjoy the ride!

Requirements

  • Some experience in B2B sales or other customer-oriented roles (not necessarily within the IT industry).
  • Ability to create and utilize engaging sales/marketing materials, in particular, short videos.
  • A tech-savvy mindset – it’s not about writing code but about having a passion for technology, software, and automation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • As a relatively small agency, it is crucial that you align with our values.

  • Experience living in or long-term stays in English-speaking countries.

Responsibilities

  • We’ve tried various email and LinkedIn automation but found they don’t work. Instead, you’ll offer some value upfront by manually recording a short video with tips on improving a client’s job description. If you’re new to this – practice, ChatGPT Pro and colleagues’ support will quickly get you up to speed.
  • Dig into our current lead base and constantly follow up with them via various channels, literally until they say ‘f*ck off’.
  • Conduct online meetings and eventually close deals.
  • Keep everything organised in GDrive, CRM (Hubspot), etc.
  • Participate in regular internal meetings (initially daily, later weekly).
  • Occasionally managing incoming leads from our website in collaboration with the CEO.
