Cybersecurity platform focused on attack simulation, vulnerability detection, and security validation.
Requirments
- 3+ years of professional experience;
- Strong Kotlin/JVM backend skills;
- Solid React/TypeScript frontend skills;
- Hands-on Docker experience in production, not just running containers;
- Can design REST APIs and implement real-time communication (WebSocket/SSE);
- Database design and query optimization;
- Security awareness: input validation, rate limiting, resource management;
- Can write technical documentation and explain architecture decisions;
- Independent worker: can take a task from requirement to production with minimalhand-holding;
- Strong English: daily async communication in writing, weekly video calls.
- Location of a candidate: Europe only.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Kotlin-based services (Spring Boot or Ktor);
- Design REST APIs and implement real-time features (WebSocket/SSE);
- Build core logic for security simulations and validation;
- Develop React + TypeScript interfaces and dashboards;
- Integrate APIs and real-time data;
- Manage Docker-based environments and container orchestration;
- Automate deployment and optimise container performance;
- Design schemas and optimise queries (PostgreSQL);
- Apply secure coding practices (validation, rate limiting, resource control);
- Deliver features end-to-end with minimal supervision;
- Maintain clean Git workflows and technical documentation;
- Communicate effectively with the team.
Work conditions
Mon – Fri, 8h/day, 10:00–16:00 Israel time (Mon–Thu mandatory overlap, Friday async).
