How the search runs

  1. Brief. We establish the technical must-haves, which licences and markets the role touches, and a salary band that is competitive against Malta and London. If the brief will not clear the market, you hear it straight away.
  2. Search. We headhunt inside licensed operators, aggregators and game studios. Almost nobody good in this sector is answering job adverts.
